As part of our commitment to keeping members informed, all documentation relating to Coastal Farmers’ Co-operative Limited’s 80th Annual General Meeting and the 2026 financial year is available below.
Why We Have Moved from Hard Copy to Email
In previous years, AGM documents were printed and posted to every member. This year, we are making the shift to email and online access as the default, with printed copies available on request. Printing and posting to members incur significant cost and is time consuming. Email and web access get the same information to you faster, use less paper, and free up funds that are better spent on serving our members. If you would still prefer a hard copy, we are glad to provide one.
